WHAT MAKES OUR SYSTEM UNIQUE?
With our system, each school gets an entirely customized design built by our graphics team. Once a student submits their form, our system will then generate the slide in less than 10 seconds and send it to the student and our team to review.
Our team will personally review every slide uploaded to make sure it meets your student code of conduct. If anything doesn’t look right, the system will send an email to the designated administrator where they can either approve the slide as is or with one click notify the student that their slide was not accepted and what they need to do to update it.
As you can see in our demo above, we can take a spreadsheet of students’ information such as name, email, and honors, and then populating them by typing in their student ID number. Students will then be able to add a photo and quote to their slide. We can also include dynamic icons and text that changes based on students. Such as for students graduating with honors or apart of a particular club.

Student & Staff Limited Access Ceremony
This type of ceremony is limited to just the students and staff. We provide audio and multicamera video switching, which is streamed live to the web, so family members join in on the celebration. All switching is done from our remote control room located off-site.

Drive-Thru Graduation
Students drive through a car line to pick up diplomas. We provide one to two cameras equipped with cellular uplinks. We provide minimal audio amplification, and the video is sent to our remote control room. We produce a live stream so friends and family can participate in the ceremony.

Principal Only Graduations
This type of graduation features a live shot of the principal with pre-recorded student speeches, and then using our graduation slide system, we play the students’ photo with their name being called by their principal or teacher. With our remote camera capabilities, we can shoot the live shot at a central district office or their schools.
